We are pleased to announce the incorporation of Miriam Urriza into NUCAPS as our new Project Manager of Probiotics, strengthening our scientific team and capabilities in nanotechnology and advanced encapsulation systems.
Miriam holds a PhD in Biotechnology from the Public University of Navarra, a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of Navarra, and a Master’s degree in Applied Plant Biology from the Complutense University of Madrid.
She has experience in microbiology laboratory work and omics data analysis, specializing in bacteriology. Her background in technical and research environments has strengthened her analytical mindset and her focus on generating rigorous and reproducible results.
In her role, she will contribute to the development and management of strategic projects in the probiotics field, helping drive innovative solutions with real impact in health and nutrition.
