We’re excited to introduce Maite Villanueva and Laura González, strengthening our Microbiology area with a special focus on our probiotics line, which we’re increasingly prioritizing.

𝗠𝗮𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗩𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗻𝘂𝗲𝘃𝗮
Biology & Biochemistry graduate (Univ. Navarra), PhD in Biotechnology (UPNA). More than 17 years in bacterial and yeast microbiology. Specialist in synthetic biology & genetic engineering. Expert in microorganisms for human health (probiotics & synthetic proteins) and sustainability (waste valorization, biofuels). Stands out for scientific rigor, innovation, and impact.

𝗟𝗮𝘂𝗿𝗮 𝗚𝗼𝗻𝘇𝗮́𝗹𝗲𝘇
Dual degree in Biochemistry & Molecular Biology + Biotechnology, Master’s in Biological Sciences & Bioinformatics. Strong expertise in microbiology, molecular biology, and omics analysis. As Microbiology Project Manager, brings organization, technical rigor, and project-oriented vision.

Together, they form a perfect duo to drive our probiotics forward and innovate in microorganism-based solutions for health and sustainability.
