After recently announcing that Izaskun Imbuluzqueta will become the head of the Technology Transfer Department with the position of Tech-Transfer Manager, we announce the incorporation of Dr. Alba Calvo into the team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Doctor in Medicines and Health, Alba arrives to reinforce the new developments team as Project Manager. Graduated in Biochemistry and with a master&#8217;s degree in Medicines R&amp;D&amp;I from the University of Navarra, she completed her doctoral thesis on tropical diseases, to identify new strategies for releasing new drugs.<br>In the last three years, Alba has worked on developing, optimizing, and encapsulating vaccines against SARS-CoV-2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Welcome to the team!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The NUCAPS team continues to grow.
